By the end of May, the new FormMaker 4.0 PRO is available and supports all permanent storage media of the new generation of the Kyocera devices, which are equipped with WiseCore technology. The individual elements are stored as "items" and can then be used in different forms. Changes of a telephone number or a contact, have to be updated only once in the corresponding item. And all the forms that use this item are automatically updated company-wide with a few mouse clicks. This approach significantly reduces the complexity of the management and change effort.

Another effect: You store the forms in the printer and send only the variable content data over the network. An integrated PRESCRIBE^® command sequence detects the appropriate form in the output device, fills the print data into the desired form and prints it on simple blank paper, so that all costs incurred in the use of pre-printed forms are obsolete.

This leads to further long-term savings: No expensive pre-printed forms, no stock and no administrative costs. According to a Dataquest study 12.5 billion pre-printed forms are produced worldwide per year and there are many efforts to contain these costs.
