The solution

The newly revised Form Maker 4.0 is still one of the most powerful forms management softwares and graphic form design softwares on the market, developed for creating electronic forms directly on the screen. When the design is finished FormMaker transforms the document automatically into PRESCRIBE^® or PCL code and stores it in the printer memory. Static form data is called up directly in the printer and combined with variable data, thus reducing network traffic. The variable data is printed directly with the desired form.

This software solution is designed for every possible field of application. You can use the FormMaker in a small company with a manageable number of forms easily and economically. You can create forms as a service to your customers and adopt them in their environment to the appropriate printer. It’s also of interest for big enterprises. There you can manage in a group of up to 65,000 different forms in a single project file.

The FormMaker user interface makes the design and the maintenance of forms child’s play. Complete sets of forms and items can easily be managed in one project file. If a phone number or contact details are changed the user simply updates the corresponding item and any form using this that item will be updated automatically.

The administrative functions guarantee that forms and macros can be updated on all printers connected to the network with a few mouse clicks. Administrative effort can be reduced by more than 90 %.
